Returns policy

At Fold Paws, your satisfaction and your pet’s happiness are our top priorities. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at fold.paws@gmail.com or +1 305-924-6266 with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as for a return. Once we receive your original item, we will ship the exchange item to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, personalized products, and items marked as final sale. For hygiene reasons, any pet beds, blankets, or toys that have been used or are not in their original packaging are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at fold.paws@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are covered by Fold Paws if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
